Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

📌 RATE NOTES / HOUSE RULES Primary guest must be 25+ years old and must be present for the entire stay. A valid photo ID and signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in. This is a family-friendly vacation home—no parties, events, or unauthorized guests are permitted. For security purposes, there is one exterior Ring doorbell camera at the entryway with audio/video recording. There are no interior cameras inside the condo. Self check-in is provided for convenience, and all access details will be shared prior to arrival.
